This conversation group is about death and dying. No agenda, no objectives, no themes.
Death Cafe is not a grief group.
IMPORTANT: our gathering this month will be THURSDAY, December 18 in the meeting room between the Vets Hall and the Library. Entrance to that space is on Walnut Avenue, through the iron gate. We are being hosted this month by Agewell, the senior programming through the City of Carpinteria.
In January, we will be back at the Library as usual, on the last Monday of each month at 3:00pm.
Godmothers, the bookstore in Summerland, recently hosted an author who wrote a book on grief and was in conversation with a death doula.
